Hello, I was just wondering if the output of my top and bottom speakers in my cx100 speakers should be the same and if there is hardly any output coming from the top one, does that mean it is broken. Cheers Chris

Hi Chris.

Even if the two speaker units look the same they are not. The top one is mid range and the bottom one is bass. When that is said I would say that it sounds like your top unit is malfunctioning.

Whether it is due to a broken unit or a faulty crossover I can't say.

The should be equally loud (top and bottom)

On further inspection vibrations coming from top speaker on both my cx100's but very little actual sound. Any thought's
