Is there anything anyone thinks we can do to publicise the draw better?  It takes a ton of work to set up and run, and it's a real shame people are missing out on the night.. It's great fun.

I do realise people work and have other commitments - but when people either forget or don't know when it is, it's disappointing.

I reckon e-mails to all members would do the trick

How about the next draw date and time to be posted on the right hand side of the gold "menu" bar (just under the Beoworld Logo). This could be straight after the "previous" draw or some time before the next draw happens, say two weeks.

It will be there for all visitors to see every time they visit. Mind you - you'll have to commit to a time but I think it will work - it may even prompt queries and generate new members.

Of course!

Had a meeting with Van yesterday and discussed it, and he's ready to implement it for us.  Our own technowhizz Keith Saunders has found the counter and it's coding, and Van will be inserting it soon!

We do it all behind the scenes ya' know!

Totally agree! A winners archive may be of interest to potential members. Generally you (or at least I) can only easily find the winners of last months draw.
