    Does anyone know where I could buy a pair of the "Catepillar treads" that control the tuning and volume on the Beomaster 1600/1700.

    Hi Carl, and welcome to Beoworld.
    Sorry nobody has got back to you on this yet, but I think these are really difficult to find, and when you do, they are just as stretched as you own ones.
    I'm sure I read a thread on here a while back where somebody had used an alternative. I think it may have been a Honda cam belt inside out. If I can find it I'll post a link.
