Well.....we have a set of Penta 1's that have been completely gone through by the people in florida...new mids, full...everything...and sound incredible....

Problem is....when we Powerlink (8 wire) off the BS 9000....to the converters at the speaker...(converter of PL to...RCA and a SPEAKER LINK plug..)....we get no displays...

The displays come on..for a second when we turn on the BS 9000...then nothing....

 

Well it's usually better to ask the stupid questions first rather than later, so: Do you have the switch set to audio rather than video?

From what they tell me (the speakers are in south america..)....there is no Video switch...on  Penta 1's......i did ask them...

Ok, then next thing I'd try.  Do you have another b&o system that has speakerlink connections, so you can connect them to that system with speakerlink cables and make sure the displays work?

I do have a BC 9500....and we could hook them up to Speaker Link.....

Yes, I'd try that.  Do you stare at this forum all day?  When I talk to some people on the phone it takes them longer to answer than for you to post responses in threads, and not just this one either
