    beoplayer 4.65

I have recently loaded beoplayer 4.65. While the sound quality is good, certainly better than WMA or Itunes, some of the features are not great. The main problem I am having is with "Random"... I would have thought, like WMA or Itunes, if your in a playlist and select random, then songs from that playlist are played in random order, giving the playlist a sort of unique feel each time its played

What I have found is when "random" is selected any song loaded on my PC can be selected. Not great when I'm playing nice smooth jazz with dinner, only to jump into one of my hard core dance playlists?  anyone know a solution?

    Re: beoplayer 4.65

    Rickc,

from beoplayer choose SETUP - CONFIG -  click the NMusic TAB

from the button SCOPE change the setting from ALL GROUPS to SINGLE GROUP

that will make beoplayer only play a random selection from the playlist you have chosen not all your playlists.

    Regards

    Richard
