    Trouble with BeoMedia..

    Hi all..

I've recieved a request for help with BeoMedia and Mac.  Here is his dilemma...

    --------------------------------------

The Beomedia link to my iMAC has been great with the

Internet, Radio,  and downloaded pictures and Music working very well.

But... for some reason, after the initial down load of music and

photos I am unable to transfer any more.  I believe it is a software

glitch as all other functions are fine.  Basically, if I try to copy

music via the iMusic drop down BeoConnect link or use the link via

the BeoConnect icon on the iMac dock for photos or Web site

favourites it is not transferring.  The BeoConnect icon does not turn

red and although the BeoConnect window automatically appears

it shows the settings window page and not the transfer window

information.  I have re-installed the mac software but to no avail.

    I would appreciate some advice!

    Cheers, Smile
    -----------------------------------
Personally, BeoMedia is above and beyond me as i've never installed it, and have only briefly used it. Can anyone offer any advice?

Honestly guys - if anyone has even the slightest bit of experience with BeoMedia, I'd be really pleased to hear your opinions!

I'm not sure Front Row would be the best way forward, seeing as he's already spent lots of money on the BeoMedia, but thanks for the suggestion!

    Hi Lee,

What is the operating system you are running on your imac and have you recently updated it?

    Regards
