Hi,
I've bought a second hand MX3500 with a Beolink 1000 remote control. I've connected the PS2 to the AV2 scart. What do I do next? The menu that comes up doesn't look like anything I've seen in MX3000 or MX4000 user manuals (haven't managed to find an MX3500 yet). The menu shows a single screen with a diagram of the TV and options for Timer/P-link and sockets 1 and 2, but nothing is logical....
Any help appreciated.
Mark
Hi Mark, Welcome to the forum
My grandson has a MX5500 with PS2 working fine so yours should be similar.
In the TV menu set the AV2 scart socket to VCR Now press VTAPE on the remote and your PS2 should be on screen.
Let me know what happens
Regards Graham
Graham,
Thanks for the info. Everything is up and running - my 7 year old will be in for a nice surprise this Christmas when he get's his PS2 connected up with a B&O TV!
Best wishes,
Only too pleased to help.
Have a good Xmas.
Hi Graham,
Can you help me?
I have a Beovision MX4000 and I am trying to connect my Playstation 2 it....I have followed your instructions, but to no avail.
I have set up the AV2 scart socket to V.AUX (VCR does not exist) and then pressed VTAPE on the remote. However, my PS2 was not on the screen.
Any suggestions?
Brgds,
Peter
