    Get a BS9000 or a BS9000! Laughing

You can find out the age of the BS9000 through the serial-number:

    BeoSound 9000 6-CD/Tuner Product Specifications

    Types:
    Mark 1: 2522, Mark 2: 2562, Mark 3: 2572

If you've got a beovision the best way to connect an external device is through the TV.

    Re: Christmas dilema

You could get a BeoLink Wireless and connect the two together via BeoLink. However, this can be unreliable when it comes to parties (wireless generally is anyway), so your best bet would be a BeoSound 9000 or 4. The 9000 is wonderful, especially the 6-CD capacity (great for parties), but as a personal preference, I think I prefer the BeoSound 4...

I quite like the BeoSound 4, but still much prefer the BeoSound 9000.

The BeoSound 9000 can be wall mounted, on its floor stand, or as you mentioned flat on a table.

If you are looking for something realy cool - get at Seranata Mobile.

Ýou can load it up with wma losless music and connect it to powerlink. That would be the topic of the evening.

No doubt, go with the BS9000 on a stand it will match the 8000's and 6000's perfectly. It will also look good with your BV7. BS4 is boring but much more affordable and you can have up to 4GB of music on an SD, great for parties.

In the end, you shouldn't have sold your 3000!! Stick out tongue
