Being half Greek and having lived in Greece for a number of years Peter I can assure you that Plaisio would not be selling A8 copies or copies of anything come to that. They are the largest and biggest chain of electronic retailer in Greece just as Virgin and HMV are here. They would not risk their reputation, neither would they have any interest in doing so. This is incorrect information, believe me. Where did you get this link from please?

This is not copy (not b&o brand on it) but they are very "inspired" by the A8.

I can't explain what's going on here. I have had a good read through of the page where they are being advertised and it does seem that they have created their own headphones (Turbo-X is Plaisios own brand like Avent is for PC World) that they are selling for about £8! I am absolutly amazed because they are obviously a complete copy of the A8s. There must be some mistake here but I can't find it yet. I am going to try and investigate this further and get in touch with some friends of mine in Athens because this make no sense. They could be sued for this. In Glyfada (a very nice suburb of Athens) their are 2 Plaisio shops; one on the opposite side of the road to the B&O dealership and one on the same side of the road only a few doors down. I am sure they would be the first to say something about it. This is baffling.

    Ha!

I just clicked translate this page to english and look what I got. It takes about thirty seconds to translate, but worth it.

    Explain that if you can.

They will be the Chinese copies. Note no B&O labelling but a clear copy. I think someone will be getting a visit from B&O's lawyer!!
