I own a Beogram 1000 record player, just recently, when i begin to play a record the needle will instantly slide to the centre across the record. Im pretty sure the arm weight is fine, all i can think is that the needle has been damaged without my knowledge. I have tried looking online for a replacement SP6/7 and can't seem to find anything without paying over £200. Can anyone offer any advice?
