Howto put Beomedia in standby mode?

I have just purchased a Beomedia and I think it is a great product, and in spite of all the issues I have read about with Beomedia and Windows Vista, it all works without any problems except one thing.

Why doesn't the Beomedia go into standby mode when it hasn't been used for a period of time? In my case I will properly use the Beomedia a couple of times each week and I don't like the idea about having a pc turned on 24/7.

Does anyone have a solution? If I can't fix this issue I think I will have to sell it Sad

Re: Howto put Beomedia in standby mode?

I don't believe there is a fix for your problem.  Personally my BeoMedia is used about 4 or 5 times a week at the moment and it sits there quite happily,  it quiet and doesn't pull much in the way of electricity.  I update my photos almost daily at the moment (new baby) and it's nice to know Beomedia is always taking a backup of these pictures for me.
