Firstly, because you can see a cardboard box behind it. On it is a DVD player. They didn't even bother to hide this and they didn't bother to hide the cables, either.
A few years ago I was there and the BV5 was placed much more elegantly. At the time they had a poster art exhibition, the BV5 was also then showing a film but they clearly made a lot more out of actually displaying the BV5.
So, IMHO, this time only the Marimekko film was part of the exhibition :)
