Don't take this the wrong way but I don't find any of that 'technology' impressive at all. Its completely different to what B&O is all about, which in my humble opinion, is style, minimilism, individuality and integration in a home environment. These things are full size cinemas which are completely unrealistic and look out of place in a family home. Its not about the money. If you could afford it, why would you? its completely over the top and ridiculous. Cinemas already exist and they are to entertain a crowd of people in one go, a social event as I see it, a night to go out and enjoy with friends or with a partner etc. Why would you try to recreate that in a family home? It looks out of place, whereas B&O looks totally in place. Confused about this 'new direction...'

As a huge Star Wars fan I've gotta wonder...

How does a guy become this big of a Star Wars fan and then spell Boba Fett's name wrong?

Very impressive but not my style. It's very American, not that there is anything wrong with that. I'd rather have BeoLab 5's all round in 7.1 with BeoSystem 3 and the new so called BeoVision 10 (103"). Now that would be a killer system.

99% of these is so bad taste, but nice hitech!

B&O has understand that there is demand for nice, sleek homecinema = Beoliving!

i guess i'm in the minority here, but i really like the idea of these really top flight home theaters.

However, i would swap all the electronics for B&O. Look at the list of equipment in the first link. You could probably 1/2 that if it was all B&O, and not one of those systems would sound as good as 5 BeoLab 5's (or 7 if 7.1 is what you want).

BeoLiving can do all of that stuff, with lights and automation.
