I have always found that you can ask a question of Keith and, if he doesn't know the answer, he will bend over backwards to find it.
His logical approach to resolving an issue (the square donut theory) has invariably served him, and us, well.

Couldn't agree more. I always enjoy reading Keith's posts. His passion and enthusiasm to help people is definitly something that should be recognised. He does go out of his way to help people resolve their technical issues and from what I read he has a high success rate. Clearly a fountain of knowledge and a very very big contributor to the Beoworld site. Well done and best wishes from me.

Well, you have all made my Monday morning with your very nice comments and I am pleased to assist all Beoworld members in any way I can.

I consume technical information in large volumes from many sources and take pride in being able resolve complex technical problems often without technical manuals and often by reverse engineering the product to a level which allows assessment of the problem.

As Andy has pointed out, even after 30 years I still follow the Kepner Tregoe principles which are frankly just applied common sense.

Well, thanks again to you all for supporting Beoworld and providing me with such flattering comments, I am going all red faced now..

Keith certainly deserves the position and I'm pleased he has kindly accepted the offer.

May I take this opportunity to thank you Keith for all the help and information you have provided me with!
