    RL 140's sound...

I just bid on a set of 4 X RL 140's in good condition at Ebay acution and won.. I really just threw up a $100 bid and it won....i really don't need them...but oh well...

    Quick question..

     1) where can I get new foam rings?

    2) Where can I get the new straps?

    3) Any possibility of new frets? or someone that reconditions?

    4) Are there any crossover upgrades needed??

    Thanks..

    Wow, nice price !

I have restored countless RL140's, refoam, new cloth and new caps.
They are wonderful speakers and definitely worth it.
If I am to help you with the refoam I would need the woofers shipped to Denmark.
For replacing the front cloth, I would need the front frames.

    A capacitor kit is available.

I don't have any ceiling poles or mounts and I am not sure if they are easy to refurbish.
