I have spent the last hour trying to upgrade my details but when i get to the upgrade details screen, at the top it just says that my username is not in correct format, what in the beoworld is going on? I really want to upgrade o gold, do i just need to try again in a week? Any response would be fab :)

Send a PM to Lee - I am sure we can sort this out. It is usually something silly!

I hope you are having a great time! Have actually managed to upload some manuals to the site (not the really big ones though) and it all seems to be doing fine!

Not in my case (a simple and elegant elephant for a name) ...

In fact I have tried two browsers, and neither can actually get a sensible response from clicking the link !

Where are you at present? PM Lee and I am sure he will sort out the joining issue. There was an issue with Australian cards and also with registered addresses but he knows far more than I do.

Problem solved by me using a different PC and actually taking time to read the screen so I pushed the right buttons ...

A combination of a klutzy user (me) and some sloppy programming ...
