BeoPort is all wrong, well the track order is...............

Need some help with my Beoport. Everyrting was working fine until I got a new PC. Backed all my music files to an external Hard Drive. Loaded Beoport Software O.K. Now all my albums are in Alphabetical order, not the normal order. They are in the right order when I look in Widows Media Player. Also I get an error message when I try to access N.radio.

Hi Craig. Hope you are well.
Are you looking under 'Folders' instead of 'Albums' by mistake?
    Just a thought.

Good question, and the first thing that came into my mind. Unfortunately that is not the case. Infact they are both the same.

    Hi Craig,

Do you have a new wireless connection to the internet, and if so.... please check the settings, your comp. is not getting on the internet with beoport...

No we have a wired network and both PC's can access the internet O.K. Could it be that the new PC is running Vista?

Well the only problem I know of with Vista. Is with the 64 bit version. there is a problem with the USB Drivers I believe. Going to try a de-install/ reinstall, and se what happens.

Well just to update the situation for anyone who has this problem in the future. What was wrong was that I had not used Windows Media Player. As the two programs work together. It seems that I first needed to set up the Library in Media Player first.
