    Tried curtains?

I have a power outlet that was ugly so i put a decoration vase in front of it with large sticks coming out of it, it worked for me!

You can try buying a blank wall plate and cut a small hold somewhere in the center. Make the hole large enought for your cables to fit through it, it will look pretty professional that way. If you really want to go all out, get some "snake skin" cable cover for the wires.

    David,

The curtains are on the other side, and only cover the holes when closed...

    A vase could work though!

    Self tapping screws ?

Make sure they do not snag the cable though!

I would have said use expanding foam, then use a craft knife to cut it smooth with the wall, then paint it, although that's not a bad idea using a plastic plate. I've likewise been thinking of cutting a hole in the wall to stick speakers elsewhere.

You might also consider "cable grommets".  There are many different types and sources.  Google that term and you will find many.  That would avoid construction other than tidying up the current holes with compound and then touch up paint.  You have done a very nice job to this point, by the way.

coax grommet  -available in several colors -may be paintable.
they are a semi-firm plastic and can be modified to suit.
i have used white in multiple applications and they look great.
you will have to repull the wire thru and press them home -or you could leave the wiring in place and slit these to fit around. -i have found it easier to place these first and then run the wires -so you can control their fit w/ the wall better...

    Hi,

The picture below is actually a cooker outlet plate, available from any electrical spares supplier.    It is, in effect, a blanking plale with a downwards facing hole that allows cables to exit neatly - ideally into a cable cover of some type - the flexible rubber or expanding sock types work well.  They will exit down and "sweep" nealty accross to your product.  Ideally fitted to a single pattress, they can also be glued over cables already in place that just poke trhough the wall.

Although we don't use these as a first choice for installations,  they can be useful for remedial work for jobs like yours, when you need to hide previously done work.  The Volex one below has a decent sized exit hole.
