    MX4000 TV

    I have a B&O MX4000 that needs a replacement line Output transformer (Flyback Trans) ... all that is noted on the old one  3005   145
    Hoping someone can help...

    If you know you need a new line output transformer, then I am assuming you have the circuit diagram. You will note on the circuit diagram that the transformer (T1) and TR33 and IC4 are all on PCB4 and the whole PCB would normally be replaced if the transformer was at fault. The reason is that when there is a transformer short circuit, the driver transistor at least will blow or be weakened.

    Sure, I have one available.  Or I can sell you a complete chassis for an MX7000 which you can take the necessary PCB from.

    Thanks Keith,

    Will get my Tech over here to check that out... if that is the case, I will be on the hunt for a board assembly from some ones junker..

    Do you know of any B&O service centres in the UK that I could contact....NO ONE IN NewZealand, mention B&O and they throw there hands in the air.
