    bv7 link tv out

    Hello everybody,

I can't get video signal from a BV7-40 Link TV out plug.

I have switch ON the RF modulator, plugged a external TV through a classic short coaxial cable and tried some different link frequencies, but the external tv tuner can't get ANY kind of video signal, dvd or tv.

However this external tv works fine bypassing the BV7.

What I'm missing or doing wrong?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

A standard non B&O tv set, with analogue tv tuner.

The built in tv tuner scanner find all tv channels when the coaxial is plugged directly in the wall.

You need to activate the Link output by a link product! Something like beolink active or so, anything that is in option 5 or 6 can do it.

Thank you very much Stig, I think you've exactly found the error.

I think a beolink active may work without speakers, even if you need a terminator or something. Its probably the cheapest option for you.

    You're right Beoaus,
I've already tried that and beolink active (with the IR) works fine even without speakers plugged.
