    Beovox S45 2

    Hi!

I've got a pair of B&O S45 II, in practically perfect shape. No damage at all, except some very small scratches in the wood. So, what I'm wondering about is:

     1. Are they good speakers? In my opinion, they're quite good, but on the other hand, I've never really had a pair of good speakers to compare them with. Which of todays speakers can they be compared to?

     2. What are they worth?

Any info on this will be much appreciated.

I also have S45 II's. They are an ok speaker but need good quality amplification to sound their best. They have the rubber surrounds around the bass driver so at least they wont deteriorate.

They can't be compared with any speaker in the current range. The current range all sounds better than the S45 II's. (with the excpetion of BL4).

What amplifier do you recommend for use with them?
