Ok, the title is a little provocative but I need help. I want to upgrade from bronze to gold membership. How? I try at home and the site is not Mac friendly and it proves fruitless. It try at work on a PC and try to upgrade and the system tells me the user already exists. Well duhhh!! I know, its me, already logged in. Can someone in admin or otherwise help please?

This is why I don't use smilies :-(. By the way, last time I wanted to add an attachment it hasn't worked with safari - has this been all the time or am I just remembering wrong?

Safari has problems with the forum I'm afraid both with attachments and smilies. I would recommend using Firefox if you are using a macintosh as this has no limitations with regards functionality.

There are workarounds for working in Safari, I use HTML code instead of forum code for images etc... as an example. It works though...
