    Beolink 7000 setup

Duh... does anybody know how to get into the system setup on the Beolink 7000? I'd like to set mine to 1-way control for the time being, as I've just sold my Beovision MX5500 and there's only my Beocentre 8500 to use it with now! Thanks - Alex.

PANEL, then SETUP, then SYSTEM, then COMPONENTS

The BL7000 essentially sets itself up. If you change your system, go into the Panel/Setup/Systems/Components section as detailed above and remove all the components. Save this and then going into exactly the same place, add those components you have. The Beolink 7000 sends out a test signal and if it gets a response, the component is stored as 2 way, and if it gets no response, one way. Clever these Danes!

That's great, thanks guys - D'you know, I didn't realise "Display" and "system" were two separate buttons... they're so close together I thought it referred to "Display system".... Unsure  All sorted now, the Beocentre is back under control of the Uberkommander.
