Sorry to inform you, but the beosound 2 isn't compatible with intel mac. It just doesn't work! 
Very annoying isn't it! The only thing you can do is drag and drop (From folder to folder. Forget about the simplicity of iTunes, because it isn't compatible).
I'm used to dragging and drooping now however, and it is fast thanks to a USB 2.0 card reader.
