    9500 sound loss

    Hi,

I have a Beocentre 9500 which has no sound unless it is played a the maximum level, and then it is faint. I have tried plugging in a set of headphones with the same result.

Does anyone have any advice/help. I know which end of a soldering iron to hold and can, unlike my cocker spaniel, follow simple commands!

    All help/advice is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    twadle

    Thanks, Phil

Is the low sound level apparent with all sources?

    Regards Graham

    Hi Phil

What happens when you plug speakers into the Spk2 sockets?

    Regards Graham

    Hi Graham,

I get exactly the same response from all speaker sockets, including the link sockets. I have also tried several sets of speakers both passive and active with the same result.

    Thanks,

    Phil

I suggest that you contact Tim Jarman at www.beocentral.com who will probably be able to fix it if you can get it to him.

    Regards Graham
