Anyone seen these guys 'Ferguson Hill' speakers

Just seen these today. Guess they will not be to eveyones taste, in the right setting I think they will look stunning.

Take a look at the horn speakers at fergusonhill.co.uk

Doesn't it seem odd to call them "FH00l" pronounced FOOL?

Seen them before, I think on the old Beoworld. But they are as ugly now as then!

Not to keen myself either! I fail to see where the design is in these speakers. They are simply horns (not exactly a new concept), just transparent.

Horn speakers are making a comeback in hifi circles, but the best "horn" speakers in the world are BeoLab 5.

Have been getting some astonished reactions from hifi-afficionados who have been listening to mine; but what's even nicer are the responses from pros. Was in a store today, to check out the Classé CDP-300 universal player, and mentioned I had BL5s. The salesman responded: "Damn, those are fantastic speakers, unfortunately." He had his Classé source and amp connected to B&W 802, so he had a nice reference.

I rather like those - especially the mini version for an iPod!! Might even try some!
