Only a quick one gents,
Can you control a Beomaster 5500 or BeoCenter 9000 with a Beo4?
The beocenter 9000 can be controlled with the beo4 in the same way as with bl1000. All functions except opening the doors.
Most simple tasks on 5500 can be performed like select source and volume etc. Would recommend MCP5500 though
