    Problems programming my Beosystem 7000

Can anyone please tell me - is it possible to program my beosystem 7000 with a BL 1000 or BEO4. I destroyed my Beolink 5000 and cant delete an old time program (starting up my radio every morning at 6:30 winter time - a bit annoying in summer times....)

Unfortunately, this is not possible. What you can do is to temporarily de-activate the timer - se this thread for more information: http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/thread/41427.aspx

You cannot change any timing without the remote used when the program was set up.

Best solution: buy or borrow a BL5000. I do not think a BL7000 or MCP6500 will delete a timer set by a BL5000.

Next best: preset volumen to 0. You do this by lowering the volumen to zero, and press SOUND STORE on your BL 1000.

    Best regards,
    Christian

That depends on the software version of the Beolink - timers programmed with the latest bl7000 software can for example be changed with a last-revision bl5000 but not with a mcp6500.
