What a ridiclious excuse to say that that is the reason B&O waits so long with new techniques.

Yes they wait when it suites them! On the other hand they have waited often too long, that they released something that was starting already to fade away from the marked. They waited much to long with HDMI, much to long with DVB-T, much to long with making widescreen televisions and I suppose it takes three years before B&O comes with blu-ray or some otther HD stuff. If they can refurnish a philips DVD recorder from the outside , they can do the same with some blu-rayplayer I supposse. So the reason they wait so long, I don't get it.

    Hi Mr.Anders(son)

Wauw, what a nice home setup...! would love to have the same setup, plus a set of BL5 myselfBig Smile

I have a question about the "extra" wall, like anyone else have said it looks really great together with Beosound 9000...! but I would like to hear if you want to share some info about how it's made, and what material it's made of??

I need some kind of fake wall like yours, because I would like to hide a stell beam in my wall in the future, when the first floor building activity starts, and all the other walls in the house are pretty rough and bare, but this one wall I'm talking about should be smooth.

Thanks for your time and help :-)

    Regards Anders

    Hello to all,

my newest project is to buildt a BV 9 only with Service parts - for the HDR 2 and BM1 I`ll try to place an other Center speaker instead of the original (Modul 991 and a very small center). Perhaps I take my Beolab 7-2 ?! The Tweeter will be integrated. As Panel I want to take the new Panasonic TH50 PF 10EK - same as B&O but not so expensive. The BS 3  is already in my house. Also the beolab1 and 6000 as rear. Hope I can show photos in december ! Drinks

     Ciao Cleo

    Hi Mr.Anders(son)

I hope that it's ok that I stole your pictures of BV9?? and played with it in picture editor in my great room..! Embarrassed

This has just become my new goal for next year, maybe the new goal is a little out of reach - but hey I'm a dreamer, and some times my dreams comes through!

If this falls through, my goal would be BV5 together with Beolab5 or Beolab1 Yes - thumbs up

I sorry to tell you that I might steal the idea with the Beosound 9000 wall also Whistle

    A question about DVD copyprotection:

I have a Panasonic DVD connected to BV9 with HDMI

When I play a copyprotected DVD I can still record it with my HDR2!!!

This is nice, but shall it work???Huh?

    Sorry for late answer:

The frame is by wood and then the wall is plaster (right name?) and then it´s grey tile. Do you copy that?

By the way, very nice home you have. And YES a BV5/9 would be very nice there. Enough space Yes - thumbs up

    Hi Mr.anders(son)

    Thanks for you answer.

Yes I got it: (Træ skelet, med gipsplader og så limet fliser derpå)

I would like to see if it's possible to make this "wall" but maybe it would look kind of odd when there i so high to the ceilings.!

Regarding the BV9/BL5 my wife is really struggling to convince me that these products never should enter the house frontdoor Unsure

    Thanks

    Regards Anders

I dont think it would be bad if the wall is not upp to ceiling. Just made it to look that you have "frame" the productWink

and ofcourse you must have a BV5 or BV9Stick out tongue

It's not the BV9 or BV5 that is the problem, beside that BV9 is alot of money, but my wife just think that the BL5 is so god damn ugly [:'(]

I think the exact opposite, a very special and unik design.! just love them, and when you turn them on...! it's getting even better Big Smile

Anders (the holy one), ask your wife if she likes the Bahamas. If she says yes, then tell her she can have her mini Bahama palm trees in the house in the form of BL5s. These speakers resemble coconut palm trees to me! Not sure if your wife will be convinced, but we're talking about BL5s here, so anything is worth a shot!

    Fingers crossed.
