    BL7000............lost contact?

Please can you offer some suggestions, My Beolink 7000  seems to have lost two way communication with my BC9500.  It no longer display the volume level and I am unable to reprogramme my lights. When I try and progamme I just get "no contact" message. I have not changed any of the setting that I am aware of and previuosly it worked fantastically, I love it.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  I cannot wait to have my BL7000 communicating properly again.

Peter, You probably need to remove all components from your Beolink then add them again.

... and if that doesn't work, the BL7000 has an electronic problem.

Most of the older BL7000 type 1540 have defect capacitors and need replacement.

The SMD capacitors on the display board are the cause for this problem.

Thank you I will try and remove all components and add them again.  It's also funny you should mention the display as a little time ago I lost the bottom line of the display, could this be connected to the the problem of a capacitor fault?
