Hi can anyone tell me if the lid from a Beogram record deck 7000 is the same as the others - 5000,5500 6000 etc? and would they fit the 7000?
Would appreciate any information / feedback.

I replied to this about 30 mins ago but my post seems to have gone!!!!!
The only differences in the lids are cosmetic.

There's a brand new BG4500 lid for sale on ebay uk at present which has the shiny aluminium strip which would match the system 7000 nicely. It is sloping rather than the squared off top as on the original though.
The use of metaphors should be avoided like the plague. They're like a red rag to a bull to me.
