    Media 1 & Beovision 7-40

I am new to this Board & I have a few questios to ask :

1/  Is Media 1 Mac friendly ? Any information on the release of Media 2?

2/  I underststand the release of Beovision 7-40 will come with either the Beolab 7-4 or 7-2. If I purchase the Beovision 7-40 and connect to        my existing Beolab-3 , do I still need the Beolab-2 speakers ?

3/  I heard rumours that B&O will release the Beovision 7-46 later this year. Any truth in this matter ?

Your comments to my above questions will ne hjghly appreciated.

Your 3s would be wonderful as front left and right speakers in a three speaker set up or as part of a full surround sound setup with the speaker that comes with the Beovision 7 as the center channel.

    Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s

    Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s

    Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000

    Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms

    Welcomed!

Many have mentioned that in a surround set up with BL 3's front and rear that you need the BL 2's for added lows.  The BL 2 will 'enhance' the performance of your BL 3's.  To me, the BL 3's are a bit too bassy.  It is as though B&O calibrated them that way to show how 'powerful' a small speaker can be.  The BL 2 will remove some of that discoloration and give you an improved sound.
