    Sorting problem Beoplayer

    Hi all,

Installed Beoplayer some time ago, but quit using it. The thing is it sorts the tracks within the folders alphabetically!!!  Anything to be done about this??

    Greetings,

    Matthijs.

PS Also it slams down to one folder tree, very annoyingSad, solvable???

Hi Matthijs. I'm not 100% sure but I think you can drag and drop the tracks into your chosen position.

Sorry, but that's not correct. In Folders the tracks are sorted alphabetically...

Ehh, what would be your favourite order in Folders???

BTW: What I find very annoying is the fact, that there is no possibility, to sort Albums by Artist Names (First Artist, second Album). If I'm  looking for an album, I naturally search for "Robbie Williams - Escapology" and not just "Escapology"...

    Just my 2 cents...

    Re: Sorting problem Beoplayer

ok i had this problem also and it is very annoying

from the computer the tracks within the folder are not what beoplayer picks up on if you right click the track and select properties you see more info about the music track.

if you change all tracks in the foler to

    01 song one

    02 song two

i will put the tracks into the correct order you want rathan than the annoying way it does it

    Beovision 7 MKIV (Blu Ray)
    Beolab 9

    Beolab 6000
    Beo 4
    Beocenter 9300
    Apple TV
    SKY HD
    Optoma HD65 Projector
    Lintronic TT455-RT-238
    Beovision 3 MKII
