Sorry, this will not work. You will need Cat7 to complete the run with the appropriate adaptors. You need the braided shield that isn't present in Cat6.

The difference in bandwidth between Cat 6 or Ca 7 is not important, if you want to use
Cat x instead of original ML.

It's the layout of the shielding/screening of the cable that matters!.

To replace an original ML cable ONLY cables described as "S/FTP" =
    "S
hielded(Screened) /Foiled Twisted Pairs" have sufficent shielding for the
two Twisted "Audio" Pairs (carrying the BALANCED ANALOGE signals of ML)
to avoid crosstalk between these pairs and the 3rd Twisted ML "Data" Pair.

Ebay Germany seems a lot cheaper than ebay.fr....

Search for masterlink rj 45 on ebay.de

Thanks for the replies guys, I will have a look at that cable, I have done this in the past where the customers house was wired with Bose cable, we checked it out and successfully used that all we did was use junction boxes with ml ends onto the cable 7 years on still working. I only need to run the cable for Audi so will look at Vienna's suggestion
