Hello everyone,

I dont know if other people have experenced the same thing. 

I have a BL3500 in my kitchen, I experience some problems. 

1  If I adsjust the sound, bass up, loudness on. I goes back after turning the speaker off. I do this adjustment everytime I start the speaker. 

2  Sometimes it stops working, I press for example Radio - nothing happends. I unplug the powercord. Now it works again.. Very strange, this has happened several times, it is anoying. 

Have anyone had the same type of problem - what is the solution? 

I am thinking of sending it to my dealer for a software update - if that can be the problem.
