    Better than I could have done :) you could have mentioned automatic 10" record detection and the variable fine speed control when moving the arm across :)

    I think variable speed is simply so that you can change the pitch of the music, maybe for folks who want to fine tune a piece for instance, to their own piano?

    You are correct! The manual says, "on those ocassions when you would like to adjust record speed, tp match the pitch of a musical instrument, fpr example, the buttons + and - are used."  I  guess I could have read that before making the video. Oh well.
