You can find it in the service menu (0 0 Go on Options) but you can only upgrade your BV7 software through your dealer, which takes about 45 minutes. The dealer will charge for this unless you really need a software upgrade. Alternatively, try and ask your dealer to upgrade for free if you need other work doing or new equipment installing.
The general rule is that there's little point upgrading your software unless you are experiencing a problem.
