    250V Fuse for a U.S.-Spec LC1?

I recently picked up two LC1 light controllers, neither of which work (won't react to remote; touching metal top does nothing).  Suspecting the fuses might be blown, I removed both of them.  They look fine, but they're not identical, and both are labelled 250V / 3A.  Is this normal for a U.S.-spec. LC1?  (plug and Type/voltage shown on label are U.S.-spec).

Will the fuses work for 110V or should I replace them?  I'd like to replace them since I've heard that fuses can be bad even if they look good.  But with what specification fuse?

Hi Bob, as far as I know most of these type of fuses are "labeled" with 220V and to me the fuses still looks okay. The fault must be something else I'm afraid!
