    problem with volume - MLGT

    hi

    I have problem with control volume in my BV7 mk I

    configuration:
    Masterlink Gateway control with savant system (connection with Lan cable)
    TV1: BV7 mk III (master)
    TV2: BV7 mk I (slave)

    I have full control of iPad (savant aplication) on TV1 but in TV2 I can only switch on and change source (I can't switch off and change volume level)

    Do you know what the problem is?

    pull out everything from electricity and then reenter after at least 45 seconds

    I tried, but still dont work

     

    this may be a problem with the ML gateway software?mayby ML gateway send wrong commands?
