New to forum, been looking but can't find the answer I need hence the post.

I purchased the above when I lived in Singapore and had it installed (via 1611).

Now back in the UK and only put the Beosound and '8000's together in one room but the 3500 reminds in its box in the loft.  The room I would like to use it in is not suitable for hardwiring the 3500 to the Beosound.  I read in the forums that the wireless will not work with units the age of mine (purchased 15 years ago). And connecting it to Airport will not work either.

Any and all help welcome.

If I recall correctly you can swap out the pcb to allow it to work with the wireless 1 units.

Thank you, I assume my local dealer could arrange such a thing?
