    Beolab 5 calibration

Just wondering after the Beolab has been disconnected from power (eg after long blackout) and PIN reentered... Does it need to be recalibrated every time?

if yes, could I do this on my own? Does it work with the built in microphone (I'm sure 'yes')  but do I need a special cable?

    regards elmar

Yes, they do thru datalink, but not in this case, because calibration do the speaker it self (has nothing to do with equipment connected to BL5) and you push the square on top of speaker for a few seconds in standby and calibrationstarts (for each speaker one at the time)
