The history: Bought on Ebay in December 2010, shipped from Chicago to McAllen TX, December 5, 2011, picked up in McAllen and brought down to Mexico city in my car, buying price USD 80.00, shipping USD 35.00.
Speaker One Type 6263 No. 423174, Speaker Two Type 6263 No. 423624
Unpacking the speakers I heard some dunk, dunk noices when lifting them the first time, in speaker one I found loose driver screws, the same in speakers two, I tightened the screws and the sounds disappeared in speaker two, but in one it was still there, I packed them in my car in bouble wrap and two big towels.
The bass drivers has new surrounds and mooving the cones in and out with one finger gives no scratching sound.
The frets (grills) are fastened with some hook and loop pieces, and the pressboards are bend, so however you put them, one ore two corners are always coming out front. How was they fit originally ???
The grill clothes are some stiff and black very dense clothes, glued with some very hard glue, will be very difficault to clean off. I will be looking for some very thin playwood to make new grills and apply some good clothes. Maybe I will make some pegs to attach them.
Arrived in Mexico I opened up the speakers and found two coils from the crossover in speaker one was loose, Speaker two was OK.
The wood veneer has some scratches and one corner is damaged, a sand and repair job.
So Crossovers: Change caps check resistors, Drivers: check surround work, Grills: All new, Veneer: Sand and shine
Here the pics, will start a thread in the workbench when I get to it.

I'm looking forward to your work on these. I'm not familiar with the 3702, but if the cloth for the fret is the same as on the S45, check out 28 point linen that is used for cross stitch. To my eyes it was an exact match in weight, fabric pattern, and transparency. Plus it's available in many colors and you can buy it in bulk on eBay. Good luck.

Evan:
Regarding the resistors, it is best to measure a component out of the system. I learned this lesson the hard way on Todd's dreaded RL woofer...
I did Evan, digital and analog same result, but took out my 10x thread counter and found 3R3 Ohm on one and 1R Ohm on the other so now I ordered The resitors 3 W 1 and 3.3 Ohms, capacitors 2 pcs. 4.7 MuF (was 5 MuF), 2 pcs. 12 MuF, 2 pcs 25 MuF and 4 pcs 75 MuF, all with higher voltages as the originals. I didnt find repair traces on the crossover, the only thing was a cable change on both speakers, but I would like if someone, who has the scematic or the original crossovers, to speak up here as want to be sure about what I am doing, looking at the crossover from type 6244, it has bigger resistors and smaller caps.
