Can someone please show me how to adjust the volume control on the earpiece of the old BeoCom 1400 telephone.  It does not have a volume button like on the new phones.  I can't remember how to do it.  Thank you in advance for your help.  You are saving me from having to buy a new one and throw this one away!!
