BeoLab Penta 2 - Constant of green light and will not go into standby and no sound - Need help

Hello, maybe someone of you have had the same error and can help me with a BeoLab Penta 2 is in constant of green light and will not go into standby, even if I try to shut it down manually are green lights left and does not extinguish, to turn off the Penta 2 that I have to unplug the power cord.

OK, now it has a another error too, no absolutely no sound.
You can hear a slight humming sound of the amplifier itself, but absolutely none of the speakers.

    Sincerely,

    Jan

if it is humming when on I would check the no-load current just in case it has drifted!
