    BEO 6

    Well yesterday I was finally able to fix something in the BEO6, what was I could not configure the wifi can not find the option in the control, will be that I have the 1.0 firmware? On the other hand as I think macros for example to turn on the aux equipment to turn off the lights to see, and someone has an air conditioner codes generic? aoc led,

    Hello!

    If I do understand your question correctly:

    Yes, you have to upgrade the Beo6 firmware to use the WI-FI Funktion - see other threads

    Third Party Products: you could either use XML-files - Keith is the specialist or some units thats translates the B&O ir-codes;

    and yes you can programm macros

    Until this week all Beo6's had firmware version 1.01a installed which did not support WiFi

    To use WiFi with the Beosound 5 you must remove the Beosound 5 from your Beo6 configuration, then add it again and when the updated configuration is download to the Beo6, the B&O Configuration Tool will automatically update the Beo6 firmware to version 2.11a at the same time as the new configuration is downloaded.

    You will need to take your Beo6 back to your dealer for this to take place.

    World the Beo6 and it's WiFi function also work with a Beomedia? As both, Beomedia and Beomaster5 are same Windows basis it could work?

    Any ideas?

    you have to have sw in beomedia for beo6 two-way also, and that does not exist and never will be
