    Beovision 7-40

Is it possible to display the time on the screen?

    Sorry.

Time (clock) will not be displayed on the screen, picture like it`s on BV5,6,9. BV7-40 has a display on the right upper side. Usually it displays the source or volume level. But if you press CLOCK on your Beo4,5,6 it will switch to the current time.

Thanks very much for explaining that.

I have a Beo 4 remote.  I don't seem to be able to see a button related to clock on the remote.

Maybe you must add the CLOCK button. Press STDBY and LIST at the same time. Now find ADD? by searching with UP or DOWN button.

Press GO. Now search CLOCK. When CLOCK is displayed on Beo4, press GO. Now CLOCK button is in your Beo4 LIST.

Yes I think you are right, in that you have to 'add' the clock button.  It is not a standard button.

Do you have a Beovision 7?

STDBY is the "stand by" button which is the orange dot on the Beo4.

People think it is an OFF button :-) but B&O equipment is always in stand by, waiting to spring to attention when you command it !

I hope this clarifies Stefan's instructions

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
