    I have been wondering if the disappearance of the Beoplayer  app from the iTunes store is somehow connected to the upcoming launch.

    Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s

    Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s

    Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000

    Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms

    First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

    I guess that is netlink. I went to their the one and only netlink show room in the world today. Awesome. B & O is not slow any more. They are far in front of everyone now......10G .......Cat7....... etc....... money.

    Based upon the last post, i think just after payday is as good as time as any! Need my fix.

    A Beovision 10-40 in black and red fret on order, Beo4, Beo6, many A8's, a pair of white and yellow Form 2's, Beocom 4, 28 inch Avant RF DVD, Apple TV and a wife that loves this stuff as much as i do!

    Yes a took logo/icon from the BeoPlayer app now back on the App Store

    Netlink is their new Home Integration and media distribution system. carry master link HDMI and powerlink over Ethernet. 10G is their bandwidth. you need cat7 cable. 10 times higher than our home computer Ethernet card. of cause you need a lot money to set it up. I don’t know when will B & O release it officially. I guess many people on this forum don’t know much about electronic engineering and design. Wait few weeks I will show you my BeoSound 5 Encore mod.

    Probably as many (if not more) that don't get Trip's sarcasm? Big Smile

     

    Network Link passive infrastructure was launched about a year ago.  My store and most stores in the area (except Trip's since he's a slacker) are all wired up and down with CAT-7 too.  Theoretically you can get 10GBPS out of a single CAT-7 cable ... but good luck finding any gear that will actually let you get close to that cap.  Also, Network Link's Active infrastructure hasn't techincally launched yet ... that may be what you're thinking of.

    Buffer after AD1852 before PL. I guess there is only one in it. I never see anyone doing a mod or upgrade on b & o. Now I am going to do one. I feel their buffer kind of cheap. I am going to change it to some ti (bb)one, some sm series. Seriously it can have more resolution. Don’t know which one yet. I need to do some measurement to know about the gain first. I will get my encore in 4 weeks time. we will see.
