I have an existing Beo5 and I am wondering if I get the BV7-55 3D, is there any benefit of getting the Beo6?
I can't really recognise much difference in the function of the Beo6 vs Beo5. There's no point for me to get another Beo6 if the Beo5 works. I also have the Beo4 which I prefer for everyday usage, and I presume that will work with the BV7-55 too?
Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s
Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s
Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000
Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms
I have and use both an old Beo 4 and a new Beo 4 with the navigation button. It is just as you say, certain functions controlled by GO on the old are controlled by PLAY on the new.
I do miss the EXIT button that is on the old Beo 4. The BACK button on the new Beo 4 does not work the same.
I also use the new beo4. To use the exit funktion, do a long press of the back button

You can set up new Beo4 navi to mode 2. Now the Beo4 navi works like the "old" Beo4 without navigation button.
And you can program newer Beovisions to NAVIGATION BUTTON or NO NAVIGATION BUTTON.
Razlaw: I do miss the EXIT button that is on the old Beo 4. The BACK button on the new Beo 4 does not work the same.
Try to press the BACK button long, just like you would do a system stdby.

Thanks! The long press works.
Thank you !
I didn' even realise there's a new Beo4 remote!
