I am very sorry for the customers experiance you have made with BEO especially as I know it much better from my local dealer here in Munich.
Moreover, as you can see in my signature below my installation is quite small but my dealer remembers my installation as well as the whole setup as soon as he sees me. - At least that is how he responses.
So I would say it is not BEO itself but the dealer and individual employee you were facing.
Honestly BEO will somehow resond to you. At least a statement from a coporate level.
But more important I would not purchase at the specific dealer any more...
