I'm thinking about starting off with a pair of B&O 8002's with a Denon AVR-4311CI receiver. I've been lurking around on these forums looking for information on the best way to connect the powered 8002s to a modern powered receiver (hard to find one that isn't). The Denon 4311 has the capability to effectively shut off the main zone amplifiers and run completely as a preamplifier. If I get these: http://soundsheavenly.co.uk/bando-rca.htm, will that be sufficient to connect my 8002s safely to my receiver (running in preamplifier mode)?
My other receiver options are: NAD T 757, Onkyo TX-NR3009 or TX-NR1009
Many thanks!
Hello,
You just need to connect your beolabs with a RCA to DIN on your amp.
I had this configuration before, and I connected the speakers to te "pre-out" on my amp, worked super !
